- Strategy & Planning
- Own the end-to-end strategy for CRM, in-app, and internal engagement channels
- Identify new ways to use these channels to improve user experience and retention
- Partner with commercial/regional stakeholders to tailor campaigns to local needs and business goals
- Hands-on Execution
- Should have the ability to personally build and launch campaigns, especially in app
- Work with the team on copy, content setup, segmentation, QA—whatever it takes to get the job done right
- Collaborate with designers to develop engaging visuals and social assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, content, and analytics teams to align on goals
- Coordinate with commercial/regional teams to ensure your campaigns support on-ground priorities
- Be a bridge between marketing and the business—turn needs into smart, scalable campaigns
- Exploring Other Channels & Partnerships
- Think beyond internal channels—explore external marketing opportunities and lightweight partnerships
- Work with brand and comms teams to ensure integrated messaging across platforms
- Spot moments where collaboration with external partners can drive engagement or reach
- Team Collaboration & Support
- Lead and support a small team working across CRM, social, and design
- Unblock your teammates, guide their work, and step in where needed
- Keep things moving smoothly while encouraging creative thinking and experimentation
- Optimization & Learning
- Test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on real performance data
- Share insights and learnings across the team to keep raising the bar
Essentials to Succeed
- 5+ years in marketing, with proven experience owning both strategy and execution
- Hands-on skills with marketing tools
- Strong understanding of how to tailor messaging by audience and channel
- Excellent communicator and collaborator—especially across commercial and regional teams
- Familiarity with external marketing channels (paid, influencer, brand partnerships, etc.)
- A mix of creative thinking and operational know-how
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
