Job Description

The Opportunity

As the Marketing Manager you influence our overarching vision of creating exceptional customer experiences across Canada and growing our sales and profits as a key omni channel retailer. You accomplish this through creating and developing Marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director Brand Commercialization, you contribute to setting, implementing, and managing the marketing strategic direction to meet sales and GM targets - Driving excellence in day-to-day execution.

What you do: 

• Internal and external brand activities in stores across Canada, including Events and Communications to drive Brand awareness and incremental sales
• All aspects of Brand development in terms of use of Images, Logos, and Product Hang Tags to maintain Brand standards;
• Design of seasonal Marketing campaigns including all Branding images to create the store as a Brand;
• Development, production and distribution of all Brand Marketing materials in order to ensure execution (posters, transparencies, and Music).
• Collaborate with the Merchandising, Sales and Visual Presentation departments to establish critical paths for all seasonal launches.
• Ensure adequate and timely creation, production and distribution of all marketing support material each season (flyers, fashion and promotional posters, newspaper ads, radio, price point signage, neck tags, etc.)

Qualifications

Who you are:

• A University degree in Marketing, Administration or equivalent field of study ;
• Five (5) years’ + experience in marketing ;
• Three (3) years managing high performance teams ;
• Knowledge of retail an asset;
• Bilingual able to work with teams across Canada
