About the role:
Axiom seeks a Marketing Program Manager to manage integrated marketing programs for its law firm, Axiom Advice and Counsel (AA&C). Working in close partnership with Axiom’s corporate marketing team and key executive stakeholders, the candidate will define and manage specific marketing programs (e.g., webinars, events, email campaigns, social media, etc.) that drive brand awareness and pipeline for AA&C.
The ideal candidate brings experience with outbound marketing, particularly demand generation for B2B professional services and/or experience in marketing within a law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development & Execution:
- Design, implement, and manage marketing programs that align with AA&C’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, budgeting, and tracking.
2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product, sales) and external vendors to ensure timely and successful program delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and soliciting feedback.
3. Campaign Performance & Analytics:
- Define KPIs and objectives for each program.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future program performance.
4. Project Management:
- Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for marketing initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful program delivery.
Success metrics
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly pipeline metrics (MQLs and Marketing Generated Revenue)
- Increase in engagement with AA&C marketing content (AA&C website traffic, LinkedIn followers, webinar attendance, email, etc.)
- Timely and effective execution of marketing programs resulting in high NPS among internal stakeholders.
About you:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally for professional services or law firms.
- Experience owning and achieving full-funnel marketing targets, including MQLs, SQLs, Marketing Wins and Marketing Revenue.
- Strong program management skills with demonstrated track record of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to understand how strategic objectives translate into market-specific programs
- Demonstrated ability to implement and test with extreme attention to detail
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Bachelor's degree required with emphasis on marketing, business or communications preferred.

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role based in Phoenix is $73,000 - 82,000. You will also be eligible to participate in our Annual Bonus Plan which on target would be 20% of your base salary for a Manager level role in our Marketing business unit.
