Job requirements:

  • Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and engagement in the SEA market through comprehensive planning of marketing channels, media acquisition, social media, and offline activation.
  • Formulate marketing strategies encompassing performance marketing, branding, offline events, community engagement, and PR, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing campaigns.
  • Identify strategic partnerships beyond performance metrics, collaborating with external brands and payment gateways from various industries to create integrated marketing campaigns. Utilize channels such as advertisements, press releases, social media, and offline events across the SEA region.
  • Take ownership of all budgetary aspects and meticulously review the outcomes of each marketing campaign, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to manage asset production, ensuring a consistent brand message across both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers and talent agencies to facilitate content distribution.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a genuine passion for the gaming industry.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking at each phase of game publishing.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying partners and structuring effective campaign strategies.
  • Sound knowledge of measurement metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a keen focus on details.
  • Excellent time and efficiency management skills.
  • Fluent in the use of social analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
