Position Overview:

Our real estate division is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the Northeast Valley.

In this dynamic position you’ll be responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, including in-person experiences, designed to attract new business and cultivate strong relationships with our students. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, you’ll work with multiple stakeholders and collaborate closely with our cross-functional marketing team. This is a pivotal role in developing and nurturing our trusted real estate brands.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2C marketer with a proven track record of driving growth through a variety of digital and traditional channels. You'll be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging the marketing flywheel, executing an alumni and brand ambassador program, developing and executing events, building lead generation and nurture programs and championing a best-in-class experience for our prospects, students and alumni.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and track annual integrated marketing plans and associated campaigns for student-facing programs and products
  • Drive inbound marketing, lead generation and nurture programs for brand(s)
  • Identify opportunities for improved student and alumni activation, including word of mouth, referral and brand ambassador programs
  • Partner with campus staff, instructors and other stakeholders to develop a strong schedule of local events, sponsorships and association partnerships
  • Partner closely with the revenue leader, brand operations, social, creative, content, paid, SEO and B2B teams to ensure all of our marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated and executed
  • Deploy brand value propositions, personas, and thought leadership pillars 
  • Identify and document market intelligence including competitive insights, market trends, customers segmentation and customer behavior
  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including weekly reporting and building and maintaining multi-channel marketing calendars
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings for future strategies and plans
  • Continually A/B test online and offline channels 
  • Set high standards for development, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns 
  • Manage and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired brand and product goals and their associated timelines 
  • Assist in managing marketing budget allocation and associated reporting 
  • Maintain a high degree of knowledge on best practices in marketing and strategic insight on current and new marketing channels and emerging trends across earned, shared and owned channels

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience required 
  • Minimum 4+ years’ marketing experience 
  • Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including both digital and in-person experience 
  • Extensive experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, from their initial stages through to execution
  • Exceptional analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
