JLL Residential is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our international residential team based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (based in London), the incumbent is responsible for leading all Hong Kong international residential marketing initiatives, formulating and implementing marketing strategies for international residential project sales launching in Hong Kong. This role focuses on performance marketing and lead generation, delivering quality leads for new development sales supporting the team of brokers deliver sales and revenue generation. The incumbent individual requires strong experience with digital marketing, partnership marketing, and exhibition production coordination. The successful candidate will work in-office at Quarry Bay, Hong Kong with occasional business travel subject to project needs, and will collaborate closely with local stakeholders and sales brokers. This role forms part of a high-performing residential B2C marketing team located in London, mainland China, Singapore and Malaysia.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Performance Marketing: Lead generation initiatives to attract and nurture qualified buyers through targeted digital campaigns, optimising lead quality, and conversion rates across all channels.
  • Sales Exhibition and Materials Production: Liaise with external contractors, consultants, production agencies, and internal teams for the design and production of sales exhibitions and related materials. Monitor effectiveness of all exhibitions and promotional activities to ensure stakeholder expectations are met and projects are delivered within budget and to required standards.
  • Campaign Management and Reporting: Own end-to-end campaign management and reporting, analysing campaign data and competitive insights to optimise targeting, messaging, and channel mix for maximum ROI. Provide actionable insights to stakeholders on campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Digital and Content Marketing: Maximise brand visibility and presence across all digital touchpoints and social media platforms. Prepare and produce marketing collateral (online and offline), digital content, and sales documents, ensuring all messaging aligns with company business strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Budget and Performance Management: Manage the Hong Kong marketing budget to drive sales performance across product centres in London, Japan, and Australia. Deliver regular budget reporting and ensure all marketing activities ladder into clear performance KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Marketing: Promote and elevate the JLL Residential brand across all centres, ensuring consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visibility in the Hong Kong market and internationally.
  • Content Creation and Localisation: Craft, translate, and copyedit client materials, publish newsletters and social media posts as assigned, ensuring content resonates with target audiences across different markets.
  • Salesforce Management: Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage campaigns, generate reports, and maintain data integrity to support sales and marketing alignment.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant B2C marketing experience in advertising, public relations, event management, or digital marketing, preferably in the property industry. Overseas marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing with demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion optimisation.
  • Strong budget management skills with experience in financial reporting and delivering against KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing including web, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and partnership marketing.
  • Salesforce proficiency is essential.
  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong B2C marketing professional with genuine enthusiasm and passion for residential property.
  • Excels as an independent worker with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong collaboration with remote and local teams.
  • Optimistic, can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
  • Willingness to occasionally work weekends and undertake business travel as required.
