About Meditec

SIA Meditec AB is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to grow the visibility of our healthcare technology solutions and turn market attention into a measurable sales pipeline. For 25 years, Meditec has been one of Latvia’s leading developers of healthcare and emergency services dispatch and resource-management information systems, with more than 80 national-scale projects delivered.

This is a hands-on, strategic role that combines marketing ownership with a genuine feel for the product. You will own the marketing function end-to-end - from strategy, positioning, and content to campaigns, events, and demand generation - acting as an ambassador for Meditec’s solutions and working closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams. Above all, you will help drive product sales by planning and delivering effective, targeted marketing activities with clear, measurable impact.

What You Will Do

  • Drive product sales by planning and delivering effective, targeted marketing activities and demand-generation campaigns.

  • Develop and own Meditec’s marketing strategy for our IT products and services, aligned with company goals.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor short- and long-term marketing plans and campaigns across online and offline channels.

  • Act as a product ambassador - translate complex healthcare IT solutions into clear, compelling content, stories, and messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Own marketing performance end-to-end: track leads, conversions, ROI, and pipeline contribution, and use the data to optimise activities continuously.

  • Plan and run webinars, product demos, seminars, client events, and industry exhibitions that build market presence and generate qualified leads.

  • Conduct market and competitor research, identify new market segments and target audiences, and shape positioning accordingly.

  • Strengthen the positioning of Meditec’s products and services in the market.

  • Build and deliver the internal and external communication strategy, including PR and media relations.

  • Create and publish digital content across the company website, social media, and other platforms to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Administer and continuously improve the website, social accounts, and digital platforms, using analytics to recommend and implement improvements.

  • Prepare marketing materials - presentations, brochures, exhibition and print materials - in line with Meditec’s brand identity.

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, and report to management on activities, results, industry trends, and competitor movements.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other teams to support the full customer journey.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Higher education in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.

  • A strategic approach combined with strong hands-on execution - you plan campaigns and get them done.

  • A solid understanding of software/IT products and the role of marketing across development and sales.

  • A results- and performance-driven mindset, comfortable working with metrics, funnels, ROI, and attribution.

  • The ability to turn technical product features into clear customer benefits and stories.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics

  • Strong planning, organisation, and self-management skills.

  • Creativity, initiative, and the drive to push innovative ideas forward.

  • The ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage several activities at once.

  • Excellent Latvian and English.

Considered an advantage

  • Marketing experience in the IT, SaaS, or healthcare sector.

  • Familiarity with medical information systems or healthcare digitalisation.

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or lead-tracking tools (e.g. HubSpot).

Your Profile

  • You could be a good fit for this role if you:

  • Are highly proactive - you spot and create opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.

  • Are a confident communicator and relationship-builder, at ease with colleagues, partners, media, and clients alike.

  • Enjoy being close to the product - translating complex healthcare IT into clear, human messaging.

  • Are both creative and analytical - as comfortable with a campaign concept as with a performance dashboard.

  • Take ownership and can carry an idea from strategy through execution to measurable results.

  • Are motivated by results - and energised by a growing business where your input shapes both brand and product direction.

  • Have a genuine interest in the digitalisation of healthcare.

We offer

  • The chance to build and own the marketing function - shaping how solutions that support the digital transformation of healthcare are positioned and brought to market.

  • A permanent, full-time role with a flexible, hybrid work model in Riga.

  • Room to grow - professional development, training, and the freedom to bring your own ideas to life.

  • A modern working environment and toolset, including AI tools.

  • Health insurance.

  • A supportive, down-to-earth team that celebrates results together, with regular corporate events.

Salary

  • From EUR 3000 gross per month, depending on experience and fit for the role
