We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a growing US-based Real Estate company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background, excellent design skills, and experience within the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands real estate branding and lead generation, and can independently manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms while creating compelling visual content that strengthens the company's brand presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, listing presentations, social media graphics, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
Design high-quality visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Coordinate marketing campaigns for property listings, open houses, community events, and company promotions.
Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Manage website content updates and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with agents and leadership to develop marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with external vendors when required, including photographers, videographers, and print providers.
Support additional marketing, branding, and administrative projects as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of Marketing Manager experience, preferably within the US Real Estate industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing campaign experience.
Excellent design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
Experience creating marketing materials for real estate listings and property campaigns is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
Experience supporting real estate agents, brokerages, or property management companies.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is an advantage.
Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate marketing best practices.
