About your team
The South East Asia marketing team supports business growth and brand awareness for Fidelity International across Singapore and the wider region. The team develops and executes marketing strategies for Intermediary, Institutional, and Private Banking channels, working in close partnership with Distribution, Investments, and broader APAC Marketing teams.

About your role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives that promote Fidelity International’s products and solutions across South East Asia. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with strong financial product knowledge and experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels and client segments.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, a hands-on approach, and a growth mindset, combined with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. They will be comfortable managing a broad marketing remit, using data and performance insights to inform decisions, and representing Marketing effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line, digital, and events) aligned to business objectives, client needs, and market priorities
- Drive brand awareness and client engagement in B2B and B2B2C markets through campaigns, activations, and content across multiple touchpoints
- Create and execute high-quality marketing materials to support key focus capabilities and products. This includes the management of core client-facing materials, including sales decks, placemats, brochures, fund commentaries, and other marketing collateral
- Support distributor partner activations and client engagement events across SEA markets, for Intermediary, Institutional, and Private Banking distribution channels
- Partner with internal teams to ensure website content and client communications, including EDMs, campaign pages, insight articles, and BAU digital initiatives are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing priorities
- Work closely with sales, product, investment, digital, compliance, and regional marketing teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively planned, approved and delivered
- Track campaign performance, manage KPIs and translate analytics, attribution and client engagement data into actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
- Participate in APAC-wide marketing projects ensuring that SEA marketing needs are represented
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a persuasive but collaborative partner to influence outcomes in line with marketing and business priorities
Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of marketing experience in the investment funds industry (asset management or related financial services)
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment - collaborative and comfortable working across functions and geographies
- Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, measurement, and analytics, with a conversion-focused mindset
- Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple complex tasks and priorities concurrently
- Exceptional communication skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English

Skills Required
- 7+ years of marketing experience in the investment funds industry (asset management or related financial services)
- Proven track record delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, measurement, and analytics
