•    Work with cutting-edge generative AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and OCR
•    Translate complex business logic and strategic decision-making into code
•    Collaborate with colleagues to understand their needs, present solutions, and gather feedback
•    Drive innovation and explore ways for us to make better use of our Co-op data
•    Champion the value of data across Co-op, playing an active role in driving AI adoption
•    Continuously improve our products to ensure accuracy, security, and alignment with Co-op's ethical standards and responsible AI principles

What you’ll bring

We’re committed to making our roles as accessible as possible, so we only ask for the minimum criteria. To thrive here, you’ll need to bring:

•    Experience writing and developing code (using SQL, Python, R or similar)
•    Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
•    Curiosity for emerging technologies and a desire to apply them to real-world business challenges
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others and provide constructive challenge
•    A passion for responsible AI and developing safe, ethical data products that help us do right by our colleagues, customers, and member-owners
