Design and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the CNS (Central Nervous System) portfolio to accelerate business growth and achieve sales and revenue targets. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing investment allocation, and driving measurable impact across the product lifecycle.
Inspire and engage the CNS Sales team to ensure strong alignment and flawless execution of marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Define/Develop portfolio strategy, planning & execution follow up.
Provide insights to drive strategic decisions through a deep market analysis and research (FC Accuracy).
Provide the right tools to SF to ensure a proper execution of the strategy, aligned with SF insights & unmet needs (Training, promo mats, CME Program, digital assets, etc.).
Strategic DME allocation to ensure ROI maximization on every investment.
Performance Monitoring: Assess revenue potential for product franchise & influence the development of country sales targets.
Coordinate Cross-Functional teams (Internal / External) to ensure proper execution at all levels.
Regulatory and Compliance Responsibility: Guarantee high Compliance standards in all interactions.
Design an innovative Omnichannel Strategy and tactics that optimize relationship with key stakeholders.
Map relationships with stakeholders, customer journeys and market dynamics to define transformation priorities (Interactions with Doctors, Patients, e-commerce B2B/B2C, among others).
Lead the development and upskill of the marketing team to enhance performance and capabilities.
The basic qualifications for this role are:
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (Experience in CNS is preferred).
Experience leading innovative projects inside or outside Pharma Industry.
University degree in role related careers.
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Strong people and business leadership skills.
