marketers or individual service line leads with little to no broad, system-wide
experience.
Strategic thinker- rather than order-takers, we want a candidate who can think strategically and
not just go straight to tactics and vanity KPIs. Interpret the needs of the
practice and not just deliver exactly what they ask for.
Coaching experience - I am looking for someone who can use their position as a manager to coach our
senior specialists and help them to further hone their marketing skillsets (of
course without a direct supervisory relationship)
