Lead manufacturing-focused project management across North American plants: supplier changes, part qualification, capacity growth, new tooling, and process/plant setup changes. Manage timelines, agencies, asset trafficking, internal stakeholders, and campaign execution details using Airtable. Focus is operational project management, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of paid, earned, owned, and shared media components.

Drive proactive safety and environmental culture at a manufacturing site. Develop and maintain EHS programs, conduct training, perform job hazard and ergonomic analyses, investigate incidents, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT, support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, audit implementation, coordinate emergency response, and maintain required records and reports.

Manage daily MRP exceptions, ensure material flow and availability, expedite purchase orders, review vendor forecasts and replenishment strategies, publish daily production plans, follow up on production order status, and adjust planning parameters to meet inventory and production targets.

Perform industrial/commercial electrical installations, integration, start-up and commissioning of prefab modular data centers in a factory setting. Follow safety protocols and codes, read schematics, perform QA inspections, maintain 5S and tool tracking, and assist with commissioning and troubleshooting.
