Design, implement, and optimize low-level systems software, networking components, protocols, and performance-critical applications. Develop client-server and socket-based systems using C++ and Python, apply algorithms and memory management techniques, and build comprehensive tests. Uses advanced Excel and ERP data, with opportunities to automate reporting through Oracle ERP, Power BI, and Power Query.

Designs, builds, and maintains enterprise Azure platform capabilities supporting ERP applications and services. Responsibilities include Azure networking, integrations, security, containers, API Management, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, AI, and data services. The engineer troubleshoots complex platform issues, improves existing environments, translates business needs into technical solutions, and collaborates with application, security, infrastructure, and ERP teams with limited supervision.

Processes, schedules, and monitors customer orders to ensure accurate and timely completion. Coordinates with internal departments, reviews orders for completeness and compliance, maintains records, communicates updates, follows up on open items, prepares Excel reports, and identifies efficiency improvements.

Provides onsite administrative and office operations support, including meeting room coordination, visitor assistance, supply purchasing, inventory management, events, communications, and recordkeeping. Processes and releases customer orders, reviews revisions, coordinates shipping and manufacturing updates, resolves order inquiries, prepares export documentation, processes invoices, monitors customer requests, and generates order and backlog reports. The role supports accurate, timely fulfillment and customer communication from an on-site manufacturing plant.

Coordinates cybersecurity assessment and remediation activities across acquired business sites. Maintains project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, RAID documentation, and status reports. Facilitates stakeholder meetings, documents decisions and dependencies, follows up with owners, identifies gaps and blockers, escalates risks, and ensures remediation actions progress across technical, security, infrastructure, and business teams.

Drive plant-wide continuous improvement across front-end and core operations. Lead Kaizen events, Lean manufacturing initiatives, smart factory deployments, productivity action plans, value stream mapping, production-system sustainability, and manufacturing-excellence training. Track direct labor productivity, reduce product lead time, implement standard production-system practices, and coordinate cross-functional actions with industrial engineering, process change, and plant teams.

Supports manufacturing engineering and production operations by maintaining process documentation, analyzing equipment and production performance, implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements, supporting root cause investigations, assisting with capacity planning and line balancing, and ensuring safety, quality, environmental, and operational compliance.

Lead development and execution of marketing strategies, manage budgets and tactical programs, drive digital and growth marketing, use data to improve customer experience, coach senior specialists, and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver system-level demand generation for a health system.

Perform incoming inspections of materials and components, document findings and non-conformances, analyze inspection data, develop incoming inspection procedures, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, support audits, train staff, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
