PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $106,600.00-$130,100.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. As a Marketing Manager - Web Optimization, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing the performance of our digital properties by increasing conversion rates and attracting high-quality, engaged visits from targeted audiences. You'll identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and support product adoption through data-informed marketing strategies and experimentation. By partnering across teams, leveraging analytics, and optimizing member journeys, you'll directly influence how members engage with BECU’s products and services. To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): You’ll develop and execute CRO strategy across web properties, translating business goals into measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
- Testing & Experimental Design: You’ll design, prioritize, and run A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring sound experimental design and valid, repeatable results.
- Personalization: Build and manage personalization and content-targeting programs that deliver relevant experiences to defined audience segments.
- Performance Measurement: You’ll establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), using data and insights to assess campaign effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
- Optimization & Insights: You’ll use analytics, customer behavior patterns, and performance data to identify opportunities for experimentation, testing, and conversion improvements.
- Manage the Optimization Calander: Manage the optimization roadmap and testing calendar, coordinating multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional & Team Partnership: You’ll work closely with content, design, martech, SEO/SEM/AEO, and campaign teams to attract the right audiences and align on-site experiences with acquisition efforts.
- Project Management: You’ll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring deliverables are completed on time and with quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll present findings, insights, and results to stakeholders at varying levels of technical and business fluency to influence decisions, build alignment, and effectively communicate recommendations backed by data and research.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
5 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or related role
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications preferred.
Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), including designing digital testing, personalization, content management, and website optimization efforts
In-depth experience working with Google Analytics (GA4) and other tools measuring all aspects of website visitor journeys
Project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations
An in-depth understanding of testing and measurement techniques as it relates to experimental design and valid, repeatable results.
Understanding of brand management and its relationship to market positioning, marketing strategies, and tactical execution
Business acumen with the ability to research, analyze, and apply market, competitive, and performance insights to identify and support marketing opportunities
Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation
