What You’ll Do:
- Pairsブランドの理解および既存マーケティング業務の把握
- 台湾市場におけるユーザー動向・競合分析などの市場調査・分析
- プロダクトチームと協働し、台湾市場に適した Product-Market Fit の実現
- 台湾におけるマーケティング戦略の立案および実行計画の策定
- APAC GTMチームと連携し、マーケティング施策を推進
- 各施策のパフォーマンス管理、結果分析、課題抽出と改善提案
Basic Qualifications:
- 中国語・英語・日本語の３ヶ国語での業務遂行が可能（ビジネスレベル以上）な方
- アジア市場（特に台湾）での事業拡大・立ち上げ経験
- マーケティング戦略立案・実行の実務経験
- 台湾マーケットの文化・ユーザー特性への理解
- コンサルティングファームやGTM関連領域での経験
