About the Role
 

Are you energized by the intersection of strategy, creativity, technology, and execution? At Prologis, we’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across Southern Europe (France, Italy, and Spain).

Based in Paris and reporting to the Head of Marketing Europe, this role is pivotal in shaping and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable commercial impact across the region.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, partnering closely with regional leadership, sales, communications, and global marketing teams. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies aligned with Southern Europe business objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, web traffic, and leasing opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, communications, product, and leadership teams to ensure consistent, high-impact execution across markets.
  • Own the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from brand-building initiatives to targeted product and customer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Leverage market intelligence, performance data, AI-enabled tools, and competitor insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, translating data into clear, actionable insights that continuously improve results.
  • In close partnership with the Web & Digital Marketing Manager, Europe, shape and execute regional digital strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, retargeting, and marketing automation pilots.
  • Ensure Southern Europe country websites deliver strong performance, optimal user experience, and alignment with broader business and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams/agencies to deliver compelling, on-brand marketing assets that support sales and leasing activities.
  • Identify and activate emerging digital and AI opportunities to strengthen Prologis’ regional marketing and digital presence.
  • Manage the Southern Europe marketing budget, ensuring strategic investment and strong ROI.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and technology partners to support regional initiatives.
  • Localize content and campaigns while ensuring alignment with global and European brand strategies.

What You’ll Bring
 

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B environments, with strong exposure to integrated and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience working in international, matrixed organizations.
  • Fluency in French and English (Italian and/or Spanish is a strong advantage).
  • A strategic yet creative mindset, with the ability to translate insight into high-impact campaigns.
  • Demonstrated interest in and practical understanding of AI in marketing, including how AI can support analytics, content, personalization, automation, or performance optimization.
  • Strong project management skills, managing complex initiatives end to end.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with confidence engaging at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CMS; exposure to AI-enabled tools is a plus).
  • A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver quality and value.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
