The Role
About Us
At Data Society Group, we deliver leading-edge, industry-tailored data and AI training and solutions for Fortune 1000 companies and government organizations.
Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower workforces with the skills they need to thrive in a data-driven world. We also publish CDO Magazine, the premier global publication for data leaders, and collaborate with executive boards of experts, engineers, and data scientists worldwide.
From building enterprise-wide data literacy to advancing AI and machine learning expertise, we’re helping organizations prepare the workforce of the future.

The Role
We’re looking for a versatile, hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of campaigns, content, and events. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position for someone who loves variety. One day you’ll be managing HubSpot workflows or optimizing Google Ads, the next coordinating an event, building a landing page, or writing ad copy that converts. Your ultimate goal is helping us generate qualified leads for our data training and consulting businesses in innovative and authentic ways.

This is a full-time remote role with flexible hours, though do require overlap with US East coast hours between 9pm and 1am PH time. This role is eligible for our robust benefits package, including Intellicare health insurance, local Philippines holidays, unlimited time off, internet stipend, 13th month pay, and more.
What You’ll Do
  • Lead ads strategy and execution: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, Google, or other social sites to drive qualified leads and measurable ROI. From developing and iterating on creative and copy to monitoring metrics and optimizing performance, fully own the full cycle of digital ads to test and create qualified leads.
  • Coordinate event logistics: Plan and execute sponsorship of conferences and support the Sales team as event attendees. For event sponsorships, ownership includes creating and shipping collateral and booth marketing materials, handling speaker prep, follow up campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub: Build and maintain automations, lists, nurture sequences, and dashboards that keep our marketing engine running.
  • Research and expand target contact lists: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources to identify and add relevant decision-makers to our marketing database.
  • Track and report on performance across campaigns and events, turning insights into next steps.
  • Research and identify new opportunities: emerging topics, conferences, partnerships, and audience segments that align with our mission.
  • Experiment and iterate: Test new channels, creative approaches, and automation tools to continually improve engagement and ROI.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and curiosity in using and managing AI tools: Enhance marketing workflows from content creation and campaign optimization to data analysis and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing B2B or professional services.
  • Specialization in digital ads and/or event sponsorships ideal.
  • Expert-level HubSpot skills: automation, workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Advanced Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience: campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
  • Proven success in coordinating event logistics.
  • Strong writing and editing skills. Able to simplify technical topics and craft compelling messages.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics 4, and/or SEO best practices.
  • Experience writing thought leadership content (blogs, case studies, or white papers).
  • Interest in AI, workforce development, or digital transformation.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating in a fast-paced, global team.

What We Do

WHO WE ARE: Data Society provides industry-tailored, high-quality data science training and advisory services for corporations and government agencies with a desire to make data driven decisions. We believe that modern organizations need to be equipped to make data driven decisions that significantly amplify the effects of existing subject matter expertise. These skills result in increased efficiency and more accurate analyses for research and operations. In order for organizations to become more data driven, they must develop a common data vocabulary across leadership, analysts and generalists. They must also empower their managers and technical staff with appropriate data science skills. Data Society solves both of these needs through customized data science workshops and online learning that help organizations stay competitive and accomplish their missions. OUR VISION: We are passionate about increasing data literacy on a global scale so that organizations and their employees can be smarter about data. We've seen how data analysis can solve problems and provide insights that lead to better business and policy decisions. We are dedicated to giving others the tools to approach problems strategically and building a community in which we answer the question "How can data science change the world?". OUR SOLUTIONS: Our expert data scientists and engineers work alongside your teams to make more informed decisions, automate time-consuming manual processes, solve your most complex data challenges, and build data systems to ensure the enduring impact of your work. OUR TRAINING: We teach data science in an intuitive, engaging, and applicable way so that you can apply the methods you learn in class right back in the workplace. We provide training through a combination of in-person, virtual, and online instruction with supplemental coaching and support. We don't just provide data science courses - we create communities of professionals who think about data differently.
