Manages day-to-day delivery for a complex, multi-workstream enterprise software implementation. Leads onshore and offshore teams, maintains project plans, coordinates sprint operations, tracks risks and issues, manages dependencies, supports governance, prepares status reporting, and maintains project documentation. The role also coordinates onboarding, scope changes, system readiness, and go/no-go activities while working closely with technology implementation teams and client stakeholders.

Support a high-visibility client project by gathering and validating requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, managing client relationships, identifying and resolving risks and issues, and ensuring deliverables align with client and contractual requirements. The role coordinates across technical implementation and workforce training workstreams and requires proactive communication with stakeholders, including client representatives and CORs.

Lead .NET Core microservices architecture and backend quality, direct an offshore backend pod, design Azure SQL cache and REST APIs, implement Service Bus integrations, own CI/CD security gating, run demos, triage defects, and conduct client handoffs.

Lead GTM and revenue for Data Society Group: build repeatable outbound/inbound engines, manage Sales & Marketing, drive enterprise advisory deal origination, engage C-suite buyers, scope AI transformation deals, and ensure smooth hand-offs to delivery teams while shaping executive strategy and brand positioning.
