As Marketing Lead for North America, you will be a key member of both the NA Commercial team and the Global Marketing team – translating Instagrid’s global positioning into market-relevant campaigns that drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, and pipeline growth. This is a hands-on role for a senior B2B marketing professional who can champion local market needs within the global marketing organization while ensuring the NA commercial team has everything it needs to win in the field. We’re looking for a true go-getter!
Your ImpactEmbedded within the NA Commercial team and contributing actively to the Global Marketing team, you will:
Own the NA marketing strategy end-to-end — driving brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline conversion through multi-channel campaigns, localized go-to-market materials, and ABM execution across key accounts.
Turn market intelligence and competitive insights into targeted content strategies that win in key B2B verticals.
Lead and develop one direct report, producing high-impact content across social, email, case studies, and PR.
Manage the regional budget with a sharp eye on ROI, CAC, and pipeline contribution — optimizing continuously based on performance data.
Serve as Instagrid's regional Brand Ambassador, owning local media relations and crisis communications in close partnership with the NA Commercial team.
7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a start-up or scale-up; proven track record executing localized strategies across the US market.
Hands-on across digital, content, trade media, events, lead generation, and ABM — with the commercial instincts to align marketing directly to pipeline.
Equally comfortable as a sales team partner and a contributor to a global marketing organization, balancing local needs with brand consistency.
Data-driven communicator — strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal ability, and proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Thrives in a fast-paced international environment; able to manage competing priorities across time zones and willing to travel up to 30%.
