Lead and scale People Operations and Payroll across multi-country entities by building processes, tooling (Personio), and AI/automation solutions. Own payroll governance, EOR coordination, GDPR and labour law compliance, employee experience, and transform operations to be fast, low-friction, and scalable while providing strategic HR support.

Lead end-to-end group accounting and finance transformation: build scalable finance operations, ensure IFRS/HGB-compliant reporting, strengthen controls, manage audits, drive automation and AI-enabled systems, partner with the CFO, and develop a high-performing team.

Lead North America marketing: translate global positioning into localized campaigns, drive brand awareness, lead generation and ABM, manage budget/ROI, own regional PR, develop one direct report, and partner with sales to grow pipeline.
