We’re on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager, to help run our marketing pipeline. A strategic thinker and hands-on person, you’re as comfortable speaking with customers and understanding what makes them tick, as you are investigating data, and utilizing that to drive multi-channel campaigns. Core Role Requirements

  • Marketing reporting. You will understand and closely monitor marketing metrics, using them to adapt marketing strategy and ultimately grow market awareness and conversion.
  • You will be adept at reporting to leaders using metrics, when reporting on marketing progress. 
  • You’ll be commercially minded, and know the different levers marketing can pull to directly drive commercial outcomes.
  • You will own and drive field marketing projects, to generate US based content, build brand awareness and build connections across the industry.
  • You will also be responsible for responding to questions received on our social media, using appropriate messaging, and working with the Comms Lead for any sensitive responses.
  • It is critical that you are confident organizing and managing events, including implementing event tracking.
  • You will also have working knowledge of our systems - Marketo, CMS, Google Suite, Hotjar, SEMrush etc.

  • 3-5 years of core marketing experience, including working directly alongside senior leadership
  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving environment
  • Be a marketing generalist, and have strong working knowledge across a breadth of marketing skills
  • Have the flexibility and mindset to adapt to changes in scope, role, and direction
  • Work alongside the team and director to experiment with what world-first marketing looks like
