We work across channels like Meta, TikTok, Google, TV, and more to reach people in the right way, at the right time. Our crew includes visual designers, regional marketing managers, a VP of Growth, copywriters, and media specialists; all working together to build a brand that connects.
Your mission
As Marketing Manager for France, you will own the marketing, content and communication strategy for the French market, from positioning to the day-to-day execution that gets Insify in front of French entrepreneurs and SMEs. You will partner closely with our product manager, growth marketers, and channel specialists to build the marketing engine that fuels our expansion. Your work shapes how French freelancers and small business owners discover, trust, and choose Insify.
In particular, you will:
- Own Insify's marketing strategy and execution in France
- Build deep expertise in our insurance products and translate the benefits into content that resonates with French entrepreneurs
- Write and ship consumer-facing content yourself, from landing pages and blog articles to e-books, newsletters, and social posts
- Define and run our social media strategy in the French market
- Conceptualise our CRM communication strategy, from lifecycle flows to retention campaigns
This role is a strong fit if you:
- Have 4+ years in a similar marketing role focused on the French market, ideally in fintech or a fast-moving scale-up
- Take ownership naturally and don’t wait for perfect instructions
- Are comfortable working hard during intense periods and managing your energy well
- Can turn messy problems into clear, actionable plans
- Learn quickly and take responsibility early

Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role focused on the French market
- Experience in fintech or a fast-moving scale-up
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
