Vanbridge’s Life & Executive Benefits Division is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. We seek a detail-oriented person with strong project management skills, excellent writing abilities, and digital marketing experience to assist the Director of Marketing in executing the company’s key marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, producing, and execution of all marketing-related tasks
• Work across a broad range of projects from concept to delivery
• Create and produce engaging content for different platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials
• Assist in the development & delivery of executive-level presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives
• Support digital marketing efforts and contribute to digital marketing strategy
• Assist in planning marketing events as required
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications required. Experience with the B2B industry and a life insurance background is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Firm grasp of marketing concepts, best practices, and content standards across social networks, email marketing, digital and print
• Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
• High level of creativity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Experience working with WordPress, Adobe InDesign and HubSpot a plus
The national average salary for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
