Marketing Manager ECE for the market Eastern and Central Europe
in a fast growing company with start-up flair
Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and manage a marketing and communication strategy in East Central Europe (PL, AT, SK, CRO, CZ, SLO, HU)

Support market launches and strengthen the positioning of TOMRA with our customers in the B2B sector (retail) in Eastern Europe

Work closely with and manage the external marketing agencies in all countries

Work with the global team in Norway to implement the TOMRA brand strategy, launch new products and other marketing and communication activities

Internal and external communication, including digital channels and social media
-
Media planning incl. press releases as well as management and organization of trade fair appearances

Management of the marketing budget and development of KPIs to track the ROI of the measures
Qualifications
Requirements:
-
Approx. 3-5 years of experience in a Marketing Management position - working both strategically and operationally

Spoken and written fluency in English and Polish is essential. Any other language (e.g. German, Czech) will be an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field would be an advantage
-
You can strategically implement long-term goals with operational measures
-
Proactive, independent and careful way of working as well as high resilience
-
You have already worked very generalistically in Marketing and would like to develop yourself further on an ongoing basis
-
Experience in working with the retail is highly desirable
-
Hands-on approach, Project management skills, creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and strategies

Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and HubSpot
-
Strong communication skills – ability to convey information effectively in various formats (written, verbal, visual)
-
Willingness to travel approx. 15%, especially in Eastern Europe
