We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our dedicated team and drive the development of first-class marketing activities with a focus on digital cinematography. Your RoleEstablish a great understanding of customer needs and requirements within the digital cinematography industry, actively engage with filmmakers and VFX artists through industry events, workshops, and online platforms.
Collaborate closely with the Digital Cinematography product managers, international product specialists and other marketing colleagues.
Build and maintain a strong network with filmmakers, VFX artists, industry partners, and media professionals to identify and present use cases of ZEISS Cinematography products and services in all kinds of productions from live action movies to animation and commercials.
Develop compelling marketing narratives, behind-the-scenes features, reels, and case studies that highlight the impact of ZEISS products on the filmmaking process.
Coordinate the recording of customer testimonials, interviews, potentially perform simple editing of short videos. Participate in marketing strategy development for digital cinematography products.
Plan, create, manage, and optimize marketing activities and assets throughout the entire product life cycle.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration, or equivalent experience.
Proven professional experience in marketing (ideally for the creative industry, technology, software or similar).
A genuine passion for filmmaking and digital cinematography. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. An independent and systematic working style, along with excellent organizational and communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders inside and outside of ZEISS.
Very good English language skills, both spoken and written (German is a plus).
