The Role

The Marketing Manager will be a strategic force behind our marketing endeavors. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned marketer who can seamlessly blend high-level strategy with hands-on execution, drive demand generation across channels, and build our brand's global presence. As a Full Stack Marketing Manager, you are expected to be involved in all the marketing aspects related to monday dev while focusing on field marketing, social and brand.

About monday dev:

monday dev is designed for software product builders to manage their whole product development lifecycle. Since its launch in May 2023, monday dev has grown rapidly with a pace of more than 4x in revenue with over 1500 clients. As we aim to climb further, we are on the lookout for an exceptional Full Stack Marketing Manager to join our GTM and marketing teams and drive monday dev's growth globally.


About The Role:

  • Field Marketing: work with our regional marketing team to shape and execute on monday dev strategic event plans including sponsorship events, monday-led events, partner-led events, webinars, and more.
  • Social media and communities: work with monday communications team to shape and execute monday dev social. communities and influencers strategy globally.
  • Brand Enhancement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning, to further differentiate our product within the competitive landscape of software development productivity platforms.
  • Marketing Strategy: Support our GTM and marketing team in defining and optimizing monday dev marketing strategy.
  • Demand Generation: Support multiple initiatives related to demand generation including performance marketing, inbound, outbound, ABM, customer marketing, and more to ensure a growing pipeline for sales and efficient traffic generation within monday's self-serve funnel.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making: Define, monitor, and report on vital marketing KPIs, ensuring data-driven strategy refinement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Forge strong relationships across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Regional Coordination: Engage with regional marketing teams to synchronize event strategies, branding efforts, and market insights.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in mid-market and enterprise B2B SAAS Marketing involving brand and field marketing (events) - Must.
  • Experience in social marketing, influencer marketing and communities - a big advantage.
  • Experience in leading demand-generation marketing initiatives while demonstrating a track record of driving growth, preferably within a SaaS domain.
  • Experience in working with technical personas such as developers, dev-ops and product managers.
  • Profound understanding of modern marketing methodologies including demand generation, performance marketing, and ABM.
  • A strategic vision complemented by a hands-on, problem-solving disposition.
  • An amazing team player who can drive cross-functional collaboration
