What is the Role?


As a Marketing Manager, you will help shape the way we present our products and position our presence in top cities across the country. You will work directly with the Marketing Director and play a key role in developing and refining marketing strategies that drive results. In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts across sales and visual design to support the sales team and ultimately drive revenue. 



What you will accomplish:


  • Serve as point person for media RFPs, offering strategic and creative insights as well as day-to-day project management to meet deliverables 
  • Lead creation of sales and marketing materials, special offers, and collateral on a local, regional, and national basis 
  • Craft compelling stories to accompany visual concepts alongside the creative team for prospective clients and pitches 
  • Work closely with Marketing Leads & others to collaborate on major projects to support sales 

You're a great fit for this role because:

  • You have 3-5+ years of relevant marketing experience; Agency or Media experience required; OOH experience a plus
  • You are familiar with sales organizations and support structures with a keen focus on results 
  • You are highly creative, with excellent writing, organization, and execution skills 
  • You know how to translate a brand’s story into strategic, media-led solutions that resonate with audiences 
  • Writing sample required with resume
  • You have a deep understanding and love of cities and public transit, with an intellectual curiosity in thinking about our cities as an advertising audience. Hyperlocal marketing experience in Chicago is a plus
  • You can think strategically and analytically to problem solve for our Marketing team & our clients
  • You have a record of getting things done, someone who will roll up their sleeves and plow through obstacles to meet deliverables and follow through on promises 
  • You have a positive attitude and can function across multiple teams, building relationships and gaining a holistic understanding of the business along the way 


Compensation Range: $40-50/hr
