Job Summary
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing localized marketing initiatives that support the Small Business (SB) and Enterprise (ENT) sales teams in achieving revenue goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position oversees regional marketing campaigns, promotional activities, event execution, budget management, and sales enablement while leveraging market analysis and performance analytics to drive business results. The successful candidate will translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies, develop data-driven pricing and packaging recommendations, and provide comprehensive reporting and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and support broader organizational goals.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure expenditures remain within approved guidelines while identifying opportunities for cost savings and increased return on investment through new engagement models.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing promotions, events, and sales initiatives in partnership with regional sales teams.
- Translate business objectives into analytical frameworks that deliver customer, product, and market insights.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze demographic, competitive, and market data to support targeted marketing strategies.
- Collect, communicate, and evaluate marketing campaign information and customer feedback to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
- Analyze subscriber, revenue, and campaign performance metrics to measure results against financial and business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports that evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate, communicate, support, and evaluate sales campaigns, blitzes, and promotional activities to maximize regional performance.
- Identify innovative applications of analytics and business intelligence to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
- Exercise sound independent judgment and discretion in managing projects and business priorities.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
