- Maintain, plan, and execute social media strategies for Mainland China inbound audiences.
- Lead always‑on content planning, commercial exposure opportunities, and daily operations across Mainland social platforms.
- Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to optimize content effectiveness.
- Ideate, articulate, and lead marketing activation initiatives across digital, social, advertising, partnerships, KOL management, and events.
- Guide creative development across agency and internal teams to ensure market‑relevant storytelling and asset quality.
- Support communication and content needs for various Lines of Business.
- Leverage and manage creative assets to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
- Manage budget planning and ensure all programs follow administrative, documentation, and audit processes.
- Provide timely reporting and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
Requirements
- University degree in Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in social media activation, digital marketing, or integrated communications.
- Proven experience in Mainland China marketing, with strong understanding of local consumer behavior and digital trends.
- In-depth knowledge and technical expertise across Mainland China platforms: WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, Tmall (content and brand operations).
- Strong understanding of content creation, visual storytelling, short‑video formats, and asset development requirements for Mainland China platforms.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Qiangua, Lingxi, Yuntu and Xingtu.
- Experience developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (online + offline) is preferred.
- Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to communicate clearly and convincingly.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; native Mandarin speaker preferred.
- Strong business mindset, analytical capability, and creativity in solving marketing challenges.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills when working with internal teams, agencies, and platform representatives.
