Marketing Manager, Brand, Middle East
Location: Dubai, UAE
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drive everything we do. Our Brand & Experience team builds the emotional connection between Deliveroo and our customers, riders, and partners. With a deep understanding of our audience and a passion for creativity, we bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Whether it’s a push notification, social campaign, or packaging design, we craft compelling experiences that shape perceptions, spark engagement, and make Deliveroo a loved, global brand.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Middle East Marketing team at Deliveroo. Based in the UAE, this role covers marketing projects and campaign management across the Middle East, with a focus on the UAE and Kuwait. In this role, you will be at the heart of bringing our local marketing initiatives and campaigns to life, from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring we show up consistently and compellingly across every channel and market.
Reporting into the Marketing team lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and projects across the UAE and Kuwait that connect emotionally with our customers and strengthen Deliveroo’s position as a loved, trusted brand. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You will own projects end-to-end, setting the pace, aligning contributors, and making sure delivery happens across a full breadth of marketing initiatives. It requires a balance of creative sensibility, strong project management skills, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve how we show up in the world.
Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, acting as the project lead who sets timelines, aligns contributors, and drives accountability across teams to ensure initiatives and campaigns land on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.
Integrated Campaign Coordination: Work cross-functionally with media, CRM, social, PR/comms, and central vertical and marketing teams to plan and execute local brand campaigns across the UAE and Middle East, ensuring consistent and effective activation across all channels (ATL, OOH, digital, social, in-app).
Briefing & Stakeholder Management: Write clear, insight-led creative briefs and manage the feedback and approval process with internal creative teams and external agencies, championing the work while staying aligned to marketing goals and brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign KPIs, compile post-campaign reports, and translate learnings into clear recommendations to improve future brand activity.
Budget & Timeline Management: Own and track campaign budgets and delivery timelines, flagging risks proactively and ensuring efficient use of marketing spend.
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor campaigns, and cultural moments, using insights to inform creative strategy and identify brand-building opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the connective tissue across workstreams, building strong relationships with local and central teams, agencies, and partners, and ensuring all contributors are clear on priorities, timelines, and what is expected of them to drive campaigns forward.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign and project management, or a related marketing discipline, ideally in tech
Proven experience managing integrated brand campaigns end-to-end, ideally across multiple channels and markets
A strong eye for creative quality combined with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback to agencies and internal teams
Excellent project management skills: you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
Analytically minded: comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign performance data to develop actionable insights
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
A self-starter attitude: you take ownership, move quickly, and find ways to make things happen in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
A natural project owner: equally at home driving a brand campaign as a partner activation, a tentpole seasonal moment, or a cross-functional commercial initiative, bringing the same clarity, rigour, and drive to every brief you pick up
Familiarity with the UAE and Kuwait markets, including an understanding of local consumer behaviour, cultural moments (i.e. Ramadan, Eid, National Days), and the competitive landscape in both markets
