Position Overview 


We are expanding our real estate education team by adding a Marketing Manager, B2B that will be responsible for building multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to drive new business growth, develop strategies to communicate program value for our B2B prospects, and build relationships with our customers!


The ideal candidate has a strong record of accomplishment managing projects with multiple stakeholders, experience developing B2B marketing materials including direct marketing, email, content marketing, social media, and sales enablement, is proficient in HubSpot, and understands the sales funnel. You will work closely with our digital and content marketing teams as well as our cross-functional business team and be responsible for designing and implementing the execution of measurable and impactful integrated marketing campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and target customer and prospect populations for integrated marketing campaigns that exceed lead generation and revenue targets. 
  • Serve as the liaison between the business unit, channel sales, and marketing department. 
  • Building and launching day-to-day B2B marketing activities, including email marketing, direct mail, website experience, social media, digital marketing analytics, database analytics, HubSpot customer and prospect workflows. 
  • Build and communicate B2B customer personas to help guide marketing campaign creation and delivery.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing programs with internal teams: email marketing, social media, content development, project coordination, asset management.
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights that drive lead generation and retention and increase market share and customer impact. 
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize future campaigns. 
  • Create content and key messages designed to drive revenue growth with targeted customer populations. 
  • Set ambitious standards for development, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop content and strategies to both coordinate and deliver customer focused and lead generation oriented virtual and in-person events. 
  • Optimize and maintain existing collateral, and identify updated content requirements including sales collateral, slide ware, case studies, testimonials to provide clarity to product mix. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • A self-starter with 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, B2B event marketing, sales enablement, or similar roles. 
  • Accomplished at leveraging full value from HubSpot marketing automation processes or similar CRM & marketing automation platforms. 
  • Experience in the Real Estate and Education industries is preferred. 
  • Hands-on integrated marketing expertise, including social, email and affiliate channels, and direct print marketing. 
  • Demonstrable experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with Real Estate Brokers and their agents/teams. 
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in marketing, business, or related discipline. 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution. 
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
