Kardex ANZ is seeking an Experienced local MarCom leader with a profound background in Marketing & Communication, the Australia and New Zealand market, preferably with a good network in the logistics industry. The candidate brings the local MarCom performance to the next level and advise the internal Business Partners on eye level. The energetic and driving marketing practitioner carves out an effective Marketing Plan both in on- & offline and is business-, data- & KPI driven. Position to be based in Sydney, Australia.
Your tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Execute Marketing Plan for the local markets in collaboration with local Sales & Service directors according to Global & Regional MarCom Strategy.
- Adapt to local best practices following the alignment with local sales & service directors and advise Global & Regional MarCom teams
- Deliver insightful KPI & data-driven reporting projects leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Support Marketing budget with plan and forecasts.
- Plan and execute defined local Marketing Mix both on- & offline (50% Digital: Google PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Paid, Search Marketing, 3rd party ads, EDM, Tel Marketing and 50% Offline: Direct Marketing, Exhibition & Events, Marketing Literature and Customer Relations) based on CI/CD.
- Organize customer / industry events and exhibitions according to global standards and local requirement.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns for the region (Hubspot) incl. content creation (e.g. landing pages, posts, on- & offline assets).
- Create good and relevant local written contents & stories for local on- & offline media.
- Partner with local digital & offline media (3rd party, business & industry-specific media)
- Implement and ensure performance of paid digital advertising & search engines.
Stakeholder Management, Sales & Service Support
- Provide data driven insights to Regional Marcomm, senior stakeholders and provide regular updates & reporting against KPIs with action plans.
- Own & drive local network in the logistic/industrial sectors.
- Follow up on leads until handover to Sales.
- Own Lead Management in CRM system (Salesforce).
Leadership
- Working closing with peers within a in Matrix Organization of small-mid size teams.
- Advise internal Business Partner and act on eye level.
- Ability to contribute ideas, participate in project/initiatives and introduce change across multiple locations/functions and organizations.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Work Experience
- Successful university degree in marketing, communications, business studies, management, or a related field with proven work experience as a marketing professional.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience also in regional & international companies.
- Local specialist to advise internal Business Partner and act on eye level.
- Experience in Marketing Planning, Digital Marketing incl. Campaigning, Lead Management, Event Management, KPI Management & Reporting.
- Good knowledge of the Australian market in the logistic/industrial industry and/or warehouse automation would be required.
- Active personal profile and substantial practical experience on social networks, particularly LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Teams).
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Ability to travel domestically frequently for tradeshow, site meetings and customer events.
