Marketing Leads Associate

Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Scientific Marketing - China, the Marketing Leads Associate is responsible for lead generation and entry for the Scientific Communications team. The Marketing Leads Coordinator also supports to Socail Media & Content and Design & Marketing activities.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

• Collect and process leads from multiple channels, including website forms, WeChat, offline events, and other online platforms.

• Enter, validate, and categorize leads accurately and promptly to ensure data completeness and quality.

• Conduct publication searches to identify relevant customer information and provide actionable insights for Sales Team mapping and follow-up.​

• Analyze lead metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams (SISR, Sales Ops) to optimize lead collection, entry, and follow-up processes.

Social Media & Content Support:

• Create, optimize, and publish content across social media platforms in alignment with company branding and marketing strategy.

• Conceptualize, design, and publish video content for the China region to enhance customer engagement.

• Monitor social media channels and manage notifications using designated tools.

• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices to continuously improve social media reach and engagement.

Design & Marketing Support:

• Design marketing materials for the China region, including webinar posters, banners, and other visual assets for third-party platforms, adhering to company branding standards.

Qualification:

• BSc with 0-2 years work, co-op, or volunteer experience in a scientific space.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Exel and the ability to learn new programs.
