Applift is seeking a senior, hands-on Marketing Lead to build, own, and scale our entire marketing engine during a critical growth phase.

This is a company-defining role for an experienced marketing leader who combines strategic depth with executional excellence, thrives in fast-moving environments, and has a proven track record of building demand engines that generate real revenue impact.

You will start as a builder and operator, taking full ownership of the company’s lead generation efforts, detecting and converting high-quality SQLs into sales meetings with our sales team representatives at a growing scale. Over time, you will scale what works and help build, refine, and lead Applift’s marketing strategy, infrastructures, work methodologies and a full marketing team, all for supporting meaningful growth.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Lead, you will own Applift’s inbound lead generation operations and their ongoing growth motion end-to-end.

Your primary mandate is clear:

Build a lead generation engine that consistently produces sales meetings with high-quality leads.

You will inherit existing channels and agency relationships, yet you are expected to challenge, redesign, and optimize everything - from funnel structure and attribution to execution speed and ROI.

This role reports to C-level leadership and works as a peer to Sales leadership, with high visibility and influence across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Strategy and leadership

  • Define and own Applift’s end-to-end marketing strategy with a clear focus on relevant, high-quality sales qualified meeting generation.
  • Translate company goals into a focused, measurable marketing roadmap.
  • Shape Applift’s go-to-market narratives and value propositions as the company scales, expands into more markets and diversifies its services.
  • Ongoing collaboration with Sales team in order to optimize audience targeting and content messaging for best lead and sales meeting generation performance.

Define the strategy. Manage the execution.



Design Applift’s entire marketing strategy, then build, manage and coordinate all of the company’s marketing channels for ideal execution, including (but not limited to) performance marketing services, organic marketing projects, social media presence, social proofing, media productions, PR operations and any other channel you see fit.

Achieve fast (as possible), efficient and accurate marketing experimentation methods for data-driven workflow and decision making, while optimizing our overall marketing performance and constantly testing new ideas. 

Team & Scale (Over Time)

  • Serve as both a hands-on operator and gradually build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee and scale functions including:
  1. Demand Generation
  2. Growth / Performance Marketing
  3. Marketing Ops / RevOps
  4. Product Marketing
  5. Brand / PR
  6. Content (existing in-house content and copy writer)
  • Help Applift transition from a 3rd party agency-led marketing to a mature, results-driven, scalable organization.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear, stable, and predictable inbound funnel consistently producing SQL meetings.
  • Optimal marketing experiment iteration cycles, quick insight extraction, with an ability to adjust across different marketing channels.
  • Scalable infrastructure, ongoing reporting, and processes ready for fast growth.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on:
  1. International agency marketing
  2. Marketing to sales meetings / calls workflow
  3. Demand generation
  4. Growth
  • Proven track record of building and scaling inbound marketing pipelines in regulated / restricted industries / MarTech companies, or marketing agencies.
  • Experience owning and operating marketing as a business function, not just a channel.
  • Strong hands-on experience across performance marketing, funnel design, and experimentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Sales teams and optimize for SQL quality.
  • Experience building marketing infrastructure, reporting, and attribution models.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing day-to-day.
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and results.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Background in mobile marketing or mobile app based businesses
  • Experience in marketing under regulated or restricted industries
  • Exposure to product-led or data-heavy environments
  • Experience scaling marketing functions from early-stage to growth-stage

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of building and scaling inbound marketing pipelines
  • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and experimentation
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
