About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Lead to be the team-lead anchor of Credible's Israel-based paid marketing operation. The role starts with deep Google Ads / SEM ownership, managing large-scale campaigns across Credible's core financial verticals and rapidly expands into paid social, remarketing, display, and emerging channels as the team scales through FY27.
You will own a vertical end-to-end, mentor analysts, and help build the operational playbook that turns the team into a world-class performance engine. This is the right role if you've been the go-to person on a high-spend account, you know when to optimize and when to rebuild, and you're ready to lead a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a vertical end-to-end: manage campaign structure, bid strategy, keyword expansion, ad copy, and channel mix for your assigned vertical(s) across Google Ads, Bing, and over time paid social and remarketing
- Lead the Israel team: onboard new analysts, run weekly syncs, review account changes, and define best-practice standards — you're the technical and strategic anchor
- Expand beyond search: within the first few months lead the team's expansion into remarketing (Google Display, RLSA, Meta custom audiences) and coordinate with Eitan on Facebook/Instagram campaign strategy
- Drive conversion signal quality: work with the BI team to automate offline conversion uploads and lead the shift to value-based bidding across verticals
- Systematic testing cadence: run structured A/B tests on copy, audiences, landing pages, and bid strategies; document learnings so the full team benefits
- Performance reporting: build and own weekly vertical scorecards; flag anomalies, escalate risks, and present a clear narrative on what's working and why
- Channel roadmap: own the testing calendar for PMAX, AI Max, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Bing; make the go/no-go calls with the Head of Performance Marketing
- SEM & channel knowledge base: document strategies, account structures, and channel playbooks so institutional knowledge compounds
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on paid media management with a primary focus on Google Ads / SEM performance marketing
- Spend scale: proven experience managing $1M+/month in Google Ads; demonstrated GPM or ROAS improvement over time
- Channel breadth: meaningful experience beyond pure search — paid social (Meta), remarketing, display, or PMAX — or a clear track record of expanding into new channels
- Team leadership: 1–3 years mentoring or managing junior analysts / account managers
- Financial verticals: experience in loans, insurance, credit cards, or other regulated financial products strongly preferred
- Data Driven
- Communication: strong written English; comfortable in an async-first, remote collaboration with a US-based wider team
- Education: Bachelor's degree; quantitative or business background preferred
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience scaling Meta/Facebook campaigns alongside Google Ads
- Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
- Experience with Performance Max or AI Max campaigns
- Exposure to TikTok Ads or YouTube performance campaigns
- Background at a comparison/marketplace platform, affiliate network, or lead-gen company
- Prior experience managing US/EU financial verticals remotely
