Responsibilities
Perform outbound & inbound calls and track updates to monitor and report all pertinent market information relative to competitive activity, customer information and product performance.
Achieve the planned annual rate of call (PAR) for each assigned account.
Call assigned customers at PAR to uncover business issues, timelines and opportunities for dealer solutions.
Identify and qualify leads for dealer solutions from opportunities generated by contacting assigned prospects and customers.
Document business issues, timelines, opportunities and leads in the dealer’s contact management system (CRM).
Transfer leads to the appropriate salesperson in a timely and efficient manner.
Establish a personal working relationship with contacts based on value, knowledge, trust and character.
Verify and update contact information for leads, prospects and customers assigned.
Cleanse leads, prospects and customers from their assigned database who are no longer in business or otherwise disqualified from future contact using the dealership’s criteria.
Continue to develop expertise in products and services through training, research and perpetual learning.
Generate monthly PowerPoint reports on equipment and revenue and support various projects and campaign as part of lead generations initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but may be supplemented by work experience.
2 years minimum experience in sales, marketing or analytics.
Knowledge of a parts and services sales organization is a plus.
Possess strong MS Office skills particularly in Excel.
Demonstrated success as a team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation who can perform job functions with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities using strong organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to communicate data effectively. Good phone etiquette and inbound call management experience is essential.
Travel
Up to 10%. Ability to travel primarily by car across Ziegler’s territory to visit customers, branches, and support events may be required. Some out-of-region travel may also be required.

The total compensation range (hourly pay plus incentive) for this position is $49,900 – $73,900
Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, and education. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
