Job Description

As the Marketing Lead for Allergan Aesthetics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the business in Israel. You will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs that strengthen our commercial impact, elevate our brand presence, and drive sustainable business results.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to bring forward differentiated product and customer strategies, ensure strong local market relevance, and translate global direction into bold, effective execution. In this role, you will help embed commercial excellence and digital fluency across the business, while contributing to the long-term direction of the business unit.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • You will identify opportunities to accelerate growth for the Allergan Aesthetics business, whether by scaling existing initiatives or introducing new ideas.
  • You will lead the marketing component of the annual strategic plan and help define ambitious, credible annual objectives that support strong product and business performance.
  • You will shape and guide the marketing agenda to ensure alignment with broader commercial priorities and long-term business goals.

Marketing Excellence and Execution

  • You will lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics designed to maximize product performance.
  • You will partner with HQ marketing teams to adapt global strategies for local market needs and opportunities.
  • You will oversee product management, marketing research, and business analytics to ensure insight-led decision-making and strong execution.
  • You will champion a customer-focused strategy that builds brand reputation, enhances visibility, and strengthens commercial competitiveness.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • You will work closely with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal partners to develop marketing materials and campaigns that meet both business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • You will contribute to cross-functional new product planning and launch readiness, helping evaluate opportunities and support strong go/no-go decisions for pipeline products.
  • You will build trusted relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders to ensure integrated and effective execution.

External Engagement

  • You will manage relationships with advertising agencies, public relations firms, and market research vendors supporting Allergan Medical Aesthetics in Israel.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, strengthening the credibility and reach of our business in the market.

Team Leadership and Talent Development

  • You will lead, coach, and develop your direct report to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes and grow professionally.
  • You will help build a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • You will support the attraction, retention, and development of talent within the function.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MSc/MA in Business Administration, or additional marketing qualifications, is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, including managing relationships with key clients and direct-to-consumer (DTC) exposure.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, and/or beauty brands.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through strong leadership, motivation, and business ownership.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment and results.

  • Strong knowledge of AI tools, especially in digital environments.
  • Deep understanding of market research methodologies and analysis.
