As part of this team, you will assist in growing our Field Team/Partner networks. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to support the expansion and management of our Field Team/Partner initiatives. Reporting to the Brand Partnership Manager, you will be key in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing talented individuals who partner with our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in day-to-day partner operations, including seeking new partnerships, planning, placing product orders, shipping, and promotional logistics.
  • Submit purchase orders and invoices for approval and payment as required.
  • Assist and hands-on involvement in various marketing event logistics, such as event production, scheduling, shipping, collateral coordination, and ordering.
  • Staff tradeshow and consumer show events as necessary.
  • Preview and vet partner applications and may conduct interviews.
  • Assist in identifying potential Field Team members through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Support the recruitment process by reviewing partner applications, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted towards our partners and their respective audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze field team performance and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Analytical, detail orientated with a demonstrated keen sense of business management; proven ability to develop innovative ideas and ability to deliver solutions.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and developing insights based on influencer results.
  • Ability to work autonomously and multi-task across competing priorities, projects, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Have active project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once utilizing tools like Asana.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Adobe XD or others for collaborating on files with the creative team. Fluent in Asana and able to communicate, develop projects, and maintain workload with the creative team to achieve deadlines.
  • MacOS experience is preferred but flexible.
  • Financial/ERP background for processing orders at trade or consumer shows-CS-related training to maintain order consistency.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in copywriting and drafting marketing content.
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and managing content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Proficiency in Google-based applications, Microsoft Office, and Adobe design products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office, particularly in PowerPoint creation.
  • Passion for the outdoors with industry experience or knowledge about hunting.
