What you'll do
- Assist in the localisation of marketing materials (e.g., website, marketing collaterals, social media content) from English into French.
- Support in proofreading marketing materials to ensure high-quality content and consistent messaging across different languages.
- Support with the execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners.
- Help create and manage partner marketing assets, including email templates, social media content, and landing pages.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on partner campaign performance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events.
- Help manage event logistics, including invitations, registration, and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate on event marketing campaigns to generate awareness and pipeline generation.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Help manage and update internal marketing documentation and reports
Who you are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of or experience in localization processes is a plus but not required.
