Meet the Team
You'll join our Marketing Team - a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to driving Silicon Labs' brand and market presence. We focus on innovative marketing strategies, alliance partnerships, sponsorship execution, and operational excellence to support our company’s growth and success in the IoT space. This internship offers hands-on experience in global marketing operations, alliance program support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Our Marketing Team works across a range of areas that are central to Silicon Labs’ branding, partnerships, and event operations. Some of your responsibilities may include:
Supporting alliance sponsorship contracts by assisting with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and tracking contract status
Maintaining centralized trackers and coordinating approvals with internal stakeholders
Managing and updating the alliance events calendar, tracking milestones, deadlines, and action items
Assisting with event logistics coordination and operational execution
Supporting Arctic Strike dev kit shipping by tracking shipment requests, approvals, and maintaining shipping records
Coordinating logistics for dev kit shipments and resolving shipping issues when needed
Managing intake and tracking of general shipping requests, including fulfillment coordination and documentation
Tracking worldwide (WW) sponsorship contracts and renewals, coordinating timelines and deliverables across regions
Supporting creative workflow management by tracking creative requests and timelines
Skills You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
Experience with contract tracking or project management tools
Familiarity with event coordination or logistics processes
Any AI association that shows understanding of AI, preferably direct experience

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $58,240 ($28/HR) to $66,560 ($32/HR). Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
