We are looking for 1 Fresh Graduated trainer to join our FAC Marketing department for 06 months period.
Primary Function
Support Brand manager in all his tasks: for Monthly commercial reviews decks preparation & analysis, actions plan implementation and follow up, promotional material development, follow up design with agencies and approval process and quotation request.
Major Responsibilities:
- Support on FAC commercial reviews presentations and data analyze.
- Provide support and close follow up for all activities implementation across FAC
- Consolidate field force feedbacks during monthly reporting and field visits.
- Support Promotional material development.
- Follow up with agencies and quotation request.
- In regular basis, test marketing campaigns through recall test with a representative number of doctors
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are in line with Abbott code of business conduct, FCPA and with all local regulations
- Act as Local Brand champion – guarantee usage of Abbott Corporate Branding
- Relay Abbott Corporate values – train new recruits as area label coordinator, work closely with Compliance officer to ensure that all compliance procedures are applicable in the affiliates
- Ensures training of affiliate personnel and partner company staff on compliance policies and recommendations
- Act as the key affiliate contact for internal audits
Profile:
- Business/marketing University degree
- Comprehensive industry knowledge
- Arabic - French and English language essential.
- Organization Results oriented
- Create and manage project plans and timelines.
