Job Description

As our standard product and channel business grow, we will experience increased demand for digital marketing, channel marcom service, creative content production, and brand awareness among our target audience. In this program, the intern will gain insight into the work journey and KPIs of B2B marketing and communications, explore their creative potential and future marketing career development in the B2B field, and develop their problem-solving and communication skills.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Learn the business type and the ecosystem of standard power supplies
  • Learn the features, advantages, and benefits of Delta products
  • Understand the work journey and KPIs of B2B marketing and communication
  • Support online/offline campaign planning & execution
  • Use tools provided to generate social media contents following Delta’s CI guide
  • Support the automation of marketing workflows and the improvement of CRM system
  • Support channel marketing activities, including sample preparations, artwork preparations, and social media post productions
  • Prepare presentations for projects and works
  • Other daily marcom tasks

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on marketing, digital marketing, advertising, digital media design, information technology, information management, or related fields.
  • You are enrolled at a university for the whole duration of the internship (6 months) and are available from February 2025.
  • You are familiar with digital marketing, the methodology, the popular platforms and tools including Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, CRMs, and keep learning new digital platforms and tools
  • You are good at using powerpoint, figma, or other visual tools to express your ideas
  • You feel comfortable doing presentations in front of a group of audience
  • You are interested in non-consumer electronic devices and see them as a creative challenge
  • You have excellent communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus
