Are you looking for an internship where you can work independently, take charge of projects, and make a direct impact? Flink is looking for a Marketing Intern (m/f/d), who is ready to take true ownership and thrives in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
You will join the marketing team at our Amsterdam HQ, contributing to strategic campaigns and initiatives. From day one, you will drive independent projects and support colleagues at both national and local (hub) levels. This includes managing campaigns, conducting competitor analyses, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with other teams.
You will play an active role in our campaigns, taking responsibility for uploading and quality-checking in-app banners and stories. Additionally, you will engage our massive customer base by deploying weekly push notifications and emails to maximize campaign impact.
Job Description- Campaign Execution: Support the rollout and optimization of marketing campaigns and targeted local initiatives at the hub level;
- Content Management: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and perfect timing of all visual content, such as banners and stories, within the Flink app;
- Customer Activation: Drive conversions by testing and launching weekly email and push notification campaigns to hundreds of thousands of users;
- End-to-End Project Management: Drive projects from briefing to completion, managing deadlines and ensuring flawless delivery;
- Data-Driven Optimization: Dive into campaign metrics to identify what works, translating data into actionable insights for improvement;
- Team Player: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to elevate our marketing strategy.
This position requires being in the office at least 3-4 days per week (we do not provide compensation for travel costs).
Qualifications- You love working independently and feel comfortable taking on responsibility;
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can switch gears quickly;
- You have a proactive attitude—you spot opportunities and bring ideas to the table;
- You are analytical, structured, and possess a sharp eye for detail;
- You are fluent in either Dutch or German, as well as English, both spoken and written;
- You are looking for a voluntary internship (at the moment, we are not able to provide support with mandatory internships);
- You are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics).
The following starting salary applies to this position as a Marketing Intern (m/f/d):
The base salary for this position is €500.00 for Bachelor's students and €800.00 for Master's students, gross per month based on full-time (40 hours per week). In addition, Flink offers the following benefits:

Skills Required
- Fluent Dutch or German, both spoken and written

- Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics
