About our team

Product Studio helps organizations define, design, build, and scale products, services, experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities. We work with enterprise organizations navigating technology shifts, changing customer expectations, product innovation, and the growing impact of AI. We help organizations understand what is changing, identify where opportunities exist, and create a path forward.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead to help Product Studio create awareness, generate opportunities, and accelerate growth. This is not a traditional marketing role. You won't inherit a large team, a large budget, or a mature growth engine. You'll help build it. You'll work directly with Product Studio leaders, practitioners, account teams, customers, and partners to turn expertise into awareness, conversations, opportunities, and revenue. One day you might be refining positioning. The next you might be publishing thought leadership, launching a campaign, supporting a strategic pursuit, organizing an event, building a partnership, or experimenting with a new growth channel. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, creating, and figuring things out.

What You'll Do

  • Shape Product Studio's positioning, messaging, and market narrative
  • Turn expertise into thought leadership, content, case studies, presentations, and campaigns
  • Create and run growth initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and opportunities
  • Activate channels, communities, partnerships, events, and programs that expand our reach
  • Support strategic pursuits with compelling client-facing content and presentations
  • Collaborate with account teams to create and accelerate opportunities
  • Measure results, learn quickly, and continuously improve the growth engine
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to improve how content, campaigns, and growth initiatives are created and executed

  • Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Experience creating growth through content, campaigns, community, partnerships, or GTM initiatives
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
  • Strong business judgment and curiosity
  • Experience working with enterprise, B2B, technology, consulting, software, or product-focused organizations
  • Ability to turn expertise and complex ideas into compelling market-facing content
  • Demonstrated use of AI to improve the quality, speed, and scale of your work
  • A bias for action, experimentation, and learning
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
  • A portfolio that demonstrates measurable business impact

Enterprise Context Matters

Most of our clients are enterprise organizations navigating technology, AI, product, and business transformation challenges. We're less interested in traditional marketing experience and more interested in people who can help sophisticated ideas find the right audience and create meaningful business outcomes. Experience creating content, campaigns, thought leadership, or growth initiatives for enterprise and B2B audiences is highly valuable.

AI and Emerging Technology

Technology is changing how products are built, how organizations operate, and how growth happens. We're looking for someone who actively incorporates AI into their daily work and continuously adapts as new capabilities emerge. The goal isn't to use AI because it's new. The goal is to create better outcomes, move faster, and increase leverage.
