The Opportunity:

Team CACI is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support our Department of Defense (DoD) customer in providing common graphical sets of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) services across 216 Department of the Air Force (DAF) military installations. This role ensures the implementation of consistent, high‑quality, visually sound materials for users operating across diverse environments.

As a member of the matrix-oriented Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team, the Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will translate customer and team requirements into a wide range of visually compelling products of varying complexity. This includes branding materials, briefing presentations, marketing collateral, and enhancements to existing documentation. The candidate will also support copywriting and editing across various marketing and communication materials (briefs, slicks, reports, white papers).
Responsibilities:

  • Create high‑quality presentation material (PowerPoint briefings, infographics, slick sheets, etc.) through thoughtful design, content development, and editing that meets or exceeds standards for quality and audience suitability.
  • Design, produce, and deliver complex graphic products, including engaging in customer review meetings to define project requirements, lead revisions, and establish project plans.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including experience managing multiple concurrent design and marketing initiatives, defining project scopes, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate discussions on how to visually represent analytic or technical ideas in clear, engaging, and accessible formats.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet editorial, branding, and customer specifications, maintaining consistency in quality, graphics, formatting, and style.
  • Copyright and edit marketing materials (briefs, slick sheets, white papers, etc.) for internal and external audiences.
  • Maintain organized project workflows and documentation to support planning, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Perform additional marketing, graphic design, and related duties as assigned by OCM teammates.

Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Active Clearance, Secret (must maintain eligibility).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience creating graphics or marketing materials within IT, cybersecurity, or technical environments.
  • Experience in Youtube channel creation and management
  • Experience in creating SharePoint designs
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong artistic ability, creativity, and design layout skills with working knowledge of desktop publishing and digital design tools.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively within a diverse, cross‑functional team environment, including engagement with technical professionals at varying levels.
  • Outstanding time management and the ability to operate within accelerated schedules while delivering high‑quality outputs.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600-$129,300
