**Job Title: Marketing Facilitator and Project Manager**

**Position Overview:**
The Marketing Facilitator and Project Manager will serve as a vital link between our sales and service teams, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars, conferences, and the development of white papers. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects across various verticals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Management:**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
2. **Campaign Management:**
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future efforts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s brand and messaging.
3. **Event Coordination:**
- Organize and manage seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, speaker arrangements, and attendee registration.
- Promote events through various marketing channels and track attendance metrics.
4. **Content Development:**
- Assist in the creation of white papers and other marketing collateral.
- Work with subject matter experts to gather insights and information.
- Ensure content is well-researched, accurate, and aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
5. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales and service teams regarding marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide support and training to team members on marketing tools and processes.
6. **Performance Reporting:**
- Compile and analyze performance metrics for all marketing activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive review.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and marketing coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
