What you’ll do 

As a Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing activities and customer engagement programs for Skretting Vietnam.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and communication activities across online and offline channels.
  • Work closely with Sales and Technical teams to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product communication materials, social media content, press releases, and internal communication.
  • Support market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate customer visits, product launches, and sustainability-related communication activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, marketing materials, and sales support resources.
  • Support product communication and internal product training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects and activities are delivered effectively and on time.
  • Support brand building activities aligned with Skretting’s global and local marketing strategies.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Marketing & Sustainability Manager.

You’ll also need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aquaculture, Fisheries, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or related roles.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or aquaculture/agriculture industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Good writing and content coordination skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Good understanding of marketing communication and customer engagement activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good command of Vietnamese and English.
