Job Description

This role is based in our Ha Phan Building Office

  • Work with Line Manager to prepare marketing plans within key objectives by identifying target audiences, objectives, promotional activities and desired outcomes of the marketing plan.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to effectively attract and engage target audiences.
  • Create user-friendly, on-trend marketing materials for campaigns and events, including digital and print content
  • Manage marketing channels effectively, ensuring strong engagement and maximizing campaign ROI.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to ensure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Execute market research, analyse customer feedback, and track competitor activities to develop data-driven marketing strategies for key projects.
  • Generate creative marketing ideas to attract attention and stand out in a competitive market.
  • Maintain detailed records supporting event marketing plans and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure vendor/partner execution and payments comply with contract terms: on-time, in-scope deliverables.
  • Responsibility for managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficiency, especially in major promotional campaigns.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, and at least 1+ year of experience working in Marketing / Communication / Advertising related fields.
  • Strong ability to execute tasks effectively and a mindset for planning and optimization.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Responsible and result oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, marketing channels (website, social,…), and AI platforms.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience in the B2B event industry & have a basic understanding of the water sector is a plus.
