We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and events. This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity in marketing collateral development, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist with the design and development of marketing collaterals for campaigns and events
- Support database building by collecting and organising guest information during events
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate marketing and guest databases
- Assist in preparing and sending event invitations and managing RSVP tracking
Event Planning & Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors on production timelines and deliverables
- Liaise with venues and external partners to ensure smooth event planning and operations
- Support the team in event logistics, including preparation and coordination leading up to the event
Event Execution:
- Assist with on-site event setup, coordination, and execution
- Ensure all event elements run according to schedule and support troubleshooting when needed
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally support events out of office hours.
