The Role

Overview

The Marketing Executive will join a high-performance, collaborative regional marketing team to develop (or localise) and implement quality campaigns in order to increase sales revenues and meet key business targets.  The role has a strong digital marketing focus and will oversee the production and maintenance of the digital marketing content for the Asia Pacific region.  Reporting to a Sydney-based marketing manager, this role will manage paid digital advertising and digital communications and will have responsibility for the maintenance of the Australian, Singaporean, and Indonesian websites. The role will also include general marketing activities to support the business as needed (e.g., event management).

This role is key to delivering effective marketing communications to improve demand generation and nurturing, supporting the company’s key business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales opportunities and drive traffic to the website.
  • Work with local sales and marketing team to integrate all communications into overall campaigns to realise key business objectives.
  • Provide web support for local website (currently BrightSpot), including oversight of creative team to build landing pages and content in line with our Corporate guidelines.
  • Update and add metatags and other web optimisation functions to ensure effective SEO to increase our visibility and presence online.
  • Report and analyse campaigns and Web traffic to provide insight and help drive change across our campaigns.
  • Support roll-out of our new marketing automation platform, Hubspot, and join our Marketing Automation Centre of Excellence to support the AsiaPac region.
  • Support the execution of demand generating programs and campaigns, ensuring that initiatives and activities are integrated across the team.
  • Manage the Google AdWords and LinkedIn paid programs for the region and oversee the execution team
  • Coordinate digital assets for virtual events and webinars
  • Oversee regional access and contribution to marketing content repositories.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 4+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Track record of digital marketing success
  • Experience with web and analytical tools
  • Experience implementing and successfully completing projects
  • Good organisational skills
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Willingness to learn
  • Motivated, self-sufficient professional with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, used to working under own initiative
  • Team player with positive, can-do attitude.

Desirable

  • Experience with the following or similar web-based tools: PEGA, Hubspot, Brightspot, , AdWords, Google Analytics, Monday, Survey Monkey, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adobe InDesign, , Confluence, Canva, ON24.
  • Experience in any of the following industries: IT, healthcare, finance, would be considered a plus.

Education

  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as marketing, business or communications, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
